• Lead, coach, and develop Field Sales Representatives to hit team and individual targets.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, gross profit, and customer acquisition/retention.
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and sales metrics with growth plans.
• Strong communication with customers, team members, and executives.
• Financial acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Sales Representatives to achieve team and individual performance objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, gross profit performance, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
• Conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting discussions, performance coaching, and business reviews.
• Support strategic customer meetings, presentations, account reviews, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure CRM compliance, forecast accuracy, and disciplined opportunity management.
