Qualifications

• 6+ years sales leadership experience in logistics or related industries.
• Proven leadership and people development track record.
• Strong business development, customer engagement, and sales expertise.
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and growth plans.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Sales Representatives to achieve objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and gross profit across the territory.
• Conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Support strategic customer meetings and account growth.
• Ensure CRM compliance and disciplined opportunity management.
• Partner with Operations, Pricing, Product, Finance, and HR to meet objectives.
