Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our Business Development team across NYC, Upstate NY, NJ, MD, and PA. This leadership role requires driving regional revenue growth, coaching a high-performing sales force, and guiding prospecting, negotiations, and account expansion.

The position reports to the VP of Operations and involves 50% travel, engagement with executive-level customers, and collaboration with Marketing to scale regional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of sales, account management, or business development, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, prospecting, retention, and CRM reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales team members with strong coaching effectiveness to boost sales, retention, and growth.
• Provide guidance on prospecting, opportunity management, cross-selling, negotiation, and account expansion strategies.
• Deliver training on sales process execution, CRM utilization, proposal development, time management, and professional communication.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans with fairness and consistency.
• Partner with Regional GM on recruiting, onboarding, and developing top sales talent.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Travel up to 50% across NYC, Upstate NY, NJ, MD, and PA for customer relationships and team development.
