Job summary

Infra Pipe Solutions (IPS) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow Weholite and other pipe product sales across the Southeast U.S. territory, with focus on distributors and direct customer engagement.

The role requires managing distributor relationships, developing accounts, and supporting market development, while traveling up to 50% and operating from a home office in the Southeast or near Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience in the fluid transfer industry.
• Experience managing a distribution network and driving sales growth.
• Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow sales across the Southeast U.S. territory.
• Manage relationships with existing distributors and develop new accounts.
• Support project coordination, market development, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate market intelligence to senior management via forecasts and reports.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
• Coordinate product delivery and project execution with customers and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to ensure quoting and order fulfillment.
