Cala Sourcing Solutions LLC seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Weholite/Engineered Pipe Products to grow the Southeast territory from a home office. You will develop distributor relationships, pursue new business, and coordinate with manufacturing and sales teams. Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical sales experience in fluid transfer products.
• Proven success managing distributor relationships.
• Hunter mindset with ability to prospect and grow new business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to use sales data and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new customers, developing accounts, and expanding market opportunities.
• Strengthen distributor relationships and recruit new partners.
• Build trusted customer relationships and tailor solutions to project needs.
• Develop competitive proposals with pricing, freight planning, and coordination with inside sales.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions, and represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
• Partner with manufacturing, customer service, and inside sales to coordinate quotes, orders, deliveries, and project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and market reports to guide territory strategy.
