Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with control valve experience to lead sales efforts across the Southeast US. This role emphasizes deep technical knowledge of valve sizing, selection, and applications, paired with strong relationship-building and opportunity development within power generation and light industrial markets.

The position offers a home-office setup with extensive travel across the southeastern United States, and a base salary in the $95,000–$105,000 range

Qualifications

• Experience with control valves in power generation or light industrial markets.
• Strong technical understanding of valve automation and flow control applications.
• Proven ability to engage customers and identify business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on control valve selection, sizing, and application requirements.
• Develop opportunities within power generation, process, and light industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners, and OEM customers.
