The position is based from a home office with extensive travel across the Eastern US, offering a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 plus a sales incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Experience with control valves in power and light industrial markets.
• Strong technical knowledge of valve automation and flow control.
• Proven ability to engage customers and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth and customer engagement for control valve products.
• Provide technical guidance on selection, sizing, and requirements.
• Develop opportunities within power gen and light industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners, OEMs.
