Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US with a strong background in control valves and plant applications. You will lead technical sales, sizing, specification support, and customer engagements while coordinating with engineering and commercial teams to deliver tailored valve solutions.

The role is home-office based with substantial travel across the southeastern US, offering an incentive plan in addition to base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with control valves in power and/or light industrial markets.
• Strong technical understanding of valve automation, control systems, and flow control applications.
• Proven ability to engage customers and identify business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth and customer engagement for control valve products and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on control valve selection, sizing, and application requirements.
• Develop opportunities within power generation, process, and light industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners, and OEM customers.
