Job summary

Ingersoll-Rand is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Arkansas to lead sales efforts for pump solutions in the wastewater sector. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background and technical understanding of pump equipment, promoting and selling solutions across an assigned territory.

This remote position will require up to 50% travel within the Southeast region. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant sales experience are mandatory, with a pay range of $95,000 to $115,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, wastewater, or a related industry.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate knowledge of pump equipment.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer data using CRM.
