Job summary

EOS seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead resort/hotel operations across multiple properties in the Southeast region. The role focuses on profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand standards while driving executive team performance.

The GM will hire, coach, and evaluate department heads, oversee budgeting, and collaborate with other managers to optimize costs and revenues. A BS degree and 3+ years GM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading resort/hotel operations at a GM level.
• Experience in managing multiple properties and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages hotel operations of multiple hotels.
• Directs actions to maximize profitability and service levels.
• Ensures brand standards are met across properties.
• Facilitates hotel meetings and staff communications.
• Oversees hiring, supervision, training, and coaching of department heads.
• Manages conflicts and resolves guest and staff issues.
