Job summary

The Southeast Region Foodservice Sales Manager at Land O'Lakes drives sales execution and target achievement across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee, excluding West Tennessee/Memphis.

This field-based role builds distributor and operator relationships, leads broker execution, optimizes trade investment, and uses Salesforce, Blacksmith/Tellus, and Power BI to support planning, performance management, and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 8 or more years of progressive foodservice sales and/or experience in food service, operations, broker network including experience with trade program agreements
• Strong communication, analytical, and CRM/reporting proficiency, including Salesforce, Blacksmith/Tellus, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
• Experience managing foodservice distribution and broker partners preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute annual business plan priorities with distributors and brokers; monitor results and adjust actions to deliver targets.
• Use customer analytics, sales incentives, and operator targeting to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• Direct, train, influence, and hold broker partners accountable; share best practices with other Regional Sales Managers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts on Tier 1 distributor opportunities and support Chain, K-12, and Non-Commercial segment priorities.
• Lead the UniPro relationship, annual marketing agreement, internal alignment, and participation in select conferences.
