Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. seeks a Foodservice Sales Manager for the Southeast region. You will drive sales execution across NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, and TN (excluding West Tennessee), building distributor and operator relationships while leading broker execution and optimizing trade investment.

This is a virtual, region-based role. You will use Salesforce, Blacksmith/Tellus, and Power BI to plan, monitor performance, and grow profits. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in foodservice sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of progressive foodservice sales and/or experience in food service, operations, broker network, including experience with trade program agreements.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual regional business plan priorities with distributors and brokers; monitor results and adjust actions to deliver targets.
• Use customer analytics and operator targeting to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• Direct, train, influence, and hold broker partners accountable; share best practices with other Regional Sales Managers.
• Plan trade spending, broker training, business reviews, promotions, and quarterly targeting activations.
• Maintain timely customer activity and reporting in Salesforce and Power BI.
