Job summary

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Foodservice Sales Manager for the Southeast Region. This field-based, virtual role drives sales execution across NC, SC, GA, FL, AL and TN (excluding West TN/Memphis), using Salesforce, Blacksmith/Tellus and Power BI to support planning, performance, and growth.

You will lead distributor and broker partners, collaborate with Corporate Accounts on Tier 1 opportunities, and develop regional plans with Sales Acceleration, Marketing and segment leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of progressive foodservice sales experience.
• CRM and data-analytics proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing foodservice distribution and broker partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual business plan priorities with distributors and brokers.
• Identify growth opportunities using customer analytics and operator targeting.
• Lead broker partners and share best practices with other regional managers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts on Tier 1 distributor opportunities.
• Develop regional execution plans with Sales Acceleration, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, segment leaders, and brokers.
