Land O'Lakes is seeking a Foodservice Sales Manager for the Southeast Region (NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN). The role drives execution with distributors and brokers, using Salesforce, Blacksmith/Tellus, and Power BI to plan and monitor performance for profitable growth.

This is a virtual role within the region and requires regional proximity. The candidate will lead planning, trade investment, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and Segments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive foodservice sales experience or related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and CRM/reporting proficiency with Salesforce/Power BI.
• Experience managing foodservice distribution and broker partners preferred.
• Bsc/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual business plan priorities with distributors and brokers to hit targets.
• Identify growth opportunities using customer analytics and operator targeting.
• Lead and coach broker partners; share best practices with other regional managers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts on Tier 1 distributor opportunities.
• Maintain timely activity and reporting in Salesforce and Power BI.
