Land O'Lakes, Inc. in Atlanta region seeks a Southeast Region Foodservice Sales Manager to drive execution across NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, and TN, excluding West Tennessee/Memphis.

This field-based role builds distributor and operator relationships, leads broker execution, and uses Salesforce, Blacksmith/Tellus, and Power BI to support planning and performance management. The position is virtual and must be located within the Region, offering the opportunity to influence growth across multiple states

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of progressive foodservice sales experience, including broker networks and trade programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and CRM/reporting tools; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute annual business plan priorities with distributors and brokers; monitor results and adjust actions to deliver targets.
• Use customer analytics, sales incentives, and operator targeting to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• Direct, train, influence, and hold broker partners accountable; share best practices with other Regional Sales Managers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts on Tier 1 distributor opportunities and support Chain, K-12, and Non-Commercial priorities.
• Lead the UniPro relationship, annual marketing agreement, internal alignment, and participation in select conferences.
• Maintain timely customer activity, feedback, and reporting in Salesforce and Power BI.
