This executive role leads the Preconstruction team, develops key client relationships, and identifies new business opportunities in commercial glazing and related sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven revenue-growth track record in commercial construction, strong industry network, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or executive management within commercial construction.
• Experience within commercial glazing preferred or related sectors such as architectural metals, curtain wall, cladding, façades, or roofing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand market share across the Southeast.
• Establish and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Owners, Architects, and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the Preconstruction team, providing direction and support throughout pursuits and bids.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop market strategies and growth plans.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and project management to ensure smooth handover and execution.
• Foster long-term client partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
• Travel throughout the Southeast region as required.
