The role focuses on driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and leading preconstruction efforts in a senior leadership capacity.

You will cultivate and manage relationships with General Contractors, identify opportunities across multiple sectors, and shape long-term market development plans.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing and delivering commercial construction projects.
• Established network of General Contractor contacts in the South East.
• Experience at Director level or senior leadership position.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic business development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors across the South East.
• Develop and execute long-term market growth strategies.
• Lead and mentor preconstruction teams.
• Represent the business at executive and industry levels.
