Job summary

TIDI Products, LLC is seeking a Clinical Account Manager for the Southeast Region, ideally based in the Atlanta area. This role blends in-person and remote responsibilities, owning education, installation, and compliance activities while supporting Territory Managers in landing new accounts and cross-sell opportunities.

Travel is up to 75% with a strong emphasis on customer training, contract management, and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time.
• Experience in medical device or B2B sales preferred.
• Proficient in customer training and education delivery.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for product training, education and installation.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager on customer support and sales.
• Engage with customers to drive compliance and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage territory pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
• Support achievement of Sales Budget for Territory and participate in regional meetings.
