Job summary

TIDI Products, LLC is hiring a Clinical Account Manager for the Southeast Region. The CAM will partner with the Patient Safety Territory Manager to support customer needs with in-person and remote responsibilities, owning installation, training, and driving product compliance.

You will land new accounts, identify cross-sell opportunities, and manage CRM-driven pipelines while supporting national and regional meetings. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to conduct presentations, training, and evaluations for clinicians on TIDI Patient Safety products.
• Ability to develop and execute complex education and installation plans.
• Ability to uncover needs, develop relationships, and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Primary customer contact for product training, education and installation.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager on ongoing customer support.
• Engage with customers to drive compliance and identify new business opportunities.
• Pursue new business opportunities and alert TM of risks or threats to the business.
• Set personal appointments and meet with decision makers to drive sales process.
