Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Regional Talent Manager to execute innovative talent acquisition programs across the South Zone. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staff needs and implement recruiting strategies for store-level leadership roles.

This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and requires relocation or commuting distance to our Greensboro, NC corporate office or the South Zone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HR or recruiting experience across multiple management levels.
• Experience supporting multiple business units within a region; consultative with diverse client groups.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and implement recruiting strategies.
• Staffing operations management from Store Manager to Department Manager within the region.
• Develop programs to build talent pipelines and succession planning.
