Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking an HR Business Partner to work with Zone VP and district leaders, executing talent management across stores and multi-unit leadership. The role partners to drive business outcomes and regional HR initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor and change champion.

The role requires strategic partnering, strong analytics, and the ability to manage complex employment matters while coaching leaders across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in HR functions and multi-unit management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Inform and drive the HR strategy for the region, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and region priorities.
• Lead the communication and implementation of Talent Management initiatives with multi-unit and store leaders.
• Guide workforce planning, capability assessment and development, and succession planning.
• Develop strategy with leadership to address opportunities for employee development and career pathing.
• Coach and empower store leadership to manage disciplinary actions consistently and fairly.
• Maintain a strong presence across store locations and attend regional and store-level meetings.
• Provide Human Resources training when necessary, including one-on-one and group sessions.
