Job summary

Beta Pioneers in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Marketing Manager to join the Regional Talent Acquisition team and partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Enterprise Marketing to drive growth.

You will lead data-driven recruitment marketing, regional labor market research, and multi-channel campaigns, shaping employer branding and sourcing strategies. The role emphasizes collaboration with external vendors, dashboards, and ROI measurement to attract high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years' experience analyzing TA/HR data to provide actionable insights.
• 5 years' experience managing job boards, placing job advertisements, and measuring the effectiveness and ROI of social media utilization.
• Experience converting data into presentations used to tell a story and inform/influence.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience working with and consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and visual.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Source and present candidates to a select client portfolio.
• Utilize data to identify the root cause of recruiting challenges and provide recommendations for resolutions.
• Review and redesign of job descriptions and marketing materials.
• Work closely with Regional TA teams to identify hiring priorities and challenges with data-based solutions.
• Conduct regional labor market research to identify trends, talent demand analysis, sourcing opportunities and benchmarking.
• Produce dashboards to clearly articulate data and actions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Plan and oversee employer brand presence on social platforms and review sites.
• Partner with vendors to lead brand activation and recruitment marketing strategies across media.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns to engage diverse candidate pools.
• Develop and analyze metrics for employment branding programs and talent attraction efforts.
• Build, manage and optimize large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns.
• Manage recruiting materials for events and campaigns.
• Monitor social media activity about the company and keep career site content up to date.
• Support ad-hoc intelligence and analysis needs.
