Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Territory Business Manager for the South West England dairy sector. The role focuses on building relationships with veterinary practices, farmers, and dairy stakeholders, delivering value through customer-focused selling and data-driven insights.

You will travel 80% with customers on farms and in practices, provide dairy management support, analyze milk and herd data, and work with cross-functional teams to implement territory strategies.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (Agriculture, Life Science, Veterinary Science or Business).
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with a results-driven approach.
• Strong technical capability and learning agility, with ability to apply scientific knowledge.
• Genuine interest in the dairy industry and its stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow sustainable relationships with veterinary practices, farmers and dairy stakeholders through customer value selling and account management.
• Deliver technical and dairy management support, including disease monitoring and herd performance insights.
• Analyse real-world data (milk, disease, herd performance) to generate insights and influence practices.
• Create and execute territory strategies to achieve sales objectives and deliver customer value.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultant and cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions.
