Based in Laredo, TX, you will coach teams, analyze data, and present to customers while maintaining a flexible schedule and physical requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years managing frontline employees
• Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment
• Highly motivated with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Requires DOT certification and MVR review during pre-onboarding
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Aufgaben

• Interact with store management and sell in/execute sales programs
• Lead district meetings to plan sales objectives and goals
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with RSRs to discuss performance and skills
• Coach RSRs to improve selling against baseline and promotions
• Collect and interpret data using PepsiCo applications
• Forecast product availability with supply and promotions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
