Job summary

Esp Prosearch is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – LED & EV Charging (South) to lead a network of independent reps and drive growth across the Southern U.S. The role focuses on commercial lighting, LED retrofit, and EV charging solutions, with responsibility for training distributors and contractors, and expanding opportunities with ESCOs and end users.

The position requires deep channel relationships, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a regional territory.

Qualifications

3+ years in lighting and/or EVSE sales required.
3+ years in technical sales.
3+ years selling through electrical distributors.
3+ years experience managing independent sales reps.
Strong knowledge of commercial lighting, LED retrofit, EVSE, and electrical industry.
Proven ability to develop distributors, ESCOs, and electrical contractors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales and revenue targets via territory planning and execution.
Train and develop independent manufacturer reps.
Grow sales through electrical distributors.
Develop relationships with ESCOs, electrical contractors, lighting contractors, and end users.
Create territory plans focused on market penetration and profitable growth.
Provide product and technical training to reps, distributors, contractors, architects, and customers.
Manage pricing through electrical distribution.
