Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ years of experience in sales or sales management with increasing territory/account responsibility
• Associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage independent sales representative network to ensure strong market coverage and performance
• Develop and execute territory & account strategies across target segments
• Forecast, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence to drive revenue growth
• Partner with product management, operations, and pricing to align on customer needs
• Drive new business development and expand relationships with key customers and influencers
• Coordinate training initiatives and cross-selling across product portfolio
