Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers focused on professional engineering services such as studies and protection and controls.
• Drive pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and sales execution with Service Center Managers and Sales.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure timely closure by accountable parties.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Monitor costs, including margin slippage, to identify savings measures.
• Collaborate with the Manila team for project execution and related tasks.
