Job summary

Vertiv Corporation in Columbus, OH is hiring a Regional Engineering Supervisor to support the Senior Engineering Manager in managing Engineering Studies and Protection and Controls businesses. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with service centers and sales to drive pipeline growth, forecast, and ensure timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers focused on professional engineering services such as studies and protection and controls.
• Drive pipeline growth with Service Center Managers and Sales; forecast продаж and orders.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure closure.
• Assist Sales with customer meetings or communicating changes to project schedule.
• Assist in project scope reviews and provide pricing feedback.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Communicate financials, project status and regional needs to stakeholders.
• Ensure team training and tools available to be successful.
• Review costs and margin slippage; implement measures to reduce.
• Monitor utilization and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Manila Team on project execution or related tasks.
• Ensure jobs are opened, assigned, invoiced timely.
• Primary contact for Service Centers regarding Engineering COE issues.
• Perform engineering study analysis and/or protection and controls work.
• Other duties as assigned by the Senior Engineering Manager.
