Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Regional Engineering Supervisor to support the Senior Engineering Manager in leading Engineering Studies and Protection and Controls initiatives. You will manage, coordinate, strategize and guide efforts to maintain and grow the business units.

You will mentor engineers, drive service-center collaboration, forecast demand, review scope and pricing, and ensure timely invoicing and project delivery. A 25% travel requirement applies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers focused on professional engineering services (studies, protection and controls).
• Drive pipeline growth with Service Center Managers and Sales; forecast accurately.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure timely closure.
• Assist Sales with customer meetings and schedule changes.
• Assist in project scope reviews and pricing feedback.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Communicate financials, status and regional needs to stakeholders.
• Ensure team training and tool availability.
• Monitor costs and margins; implement reduction measures.
• Monitor utilization and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Manila Team on project execution.
• Coordinate with COE Admin/Service Centers for job openings, assignments and invoicing.
• Be the primary contact for Engineering COE issues.
