Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales-management experience in media, specifically South Florida.
• Experience with OBM-type outdoor, radio, TV or related media environments.
• Proven ability to build and coach sales teams, including newcomers.
• Established knowledge of South Florida advertiser and agency community.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance for South Florida, meeting budgets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a four-person Account Executive team.
• Build knowledge of advertisers and agencies in the region and key decision-makers.
• Prioritize high-value prospects to become long-term OBM clients.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, including pricing, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Coach through the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Attend client meetings to guide and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain relationships with agency and brand decision-makers for major pitches.
• Set clear expectations on activity, pipeline, revenue, and accountability.
• Monitor pipeline and adjust strategy in real time to stay on pace.
