Smartech Security in South Florida is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the region. You will work with our engineering and sales teams to translate client needs into effective security solutions.

The role requires a proven B2B sales track record, strong lead generation and proposal delivery skills, and a willingness to travel for key meetings and events in the South Florida market.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of physical security solutions and the Security Industry with strong relationships in South Florida.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads by identifying potential clients.
• Collaborate with technical team conveying client needs for proper solutions.
• Deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Maintain ongoing contact to foster lasting relationships.
