Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a property management leader to oversee multi-site operations, budgeting, and team performance. You will supervise community managers, coordinate vendor activity, and drive occupancy and profitability for the portfolio.

The role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on leadership, and the ability to communicate with senior management and clients. A background in residential property operations is essential; travel to communities may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages annual budgets for assigned properties and analyzes financial statements.
• Leads a team of community managers, hires and trains staff, and ensures performance aligns with policies.
• Monitors portfolio performance, reviews market data, and implements plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Coordinates vendor work, negotiates contracts, and ensures timely reporting to clients/owners.
