RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager for the Denver area to lead multi-site property operations, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and ensure financial and operational performance across the portfolio.

The role requires high school diploma with preferred business/finance background and experience in multi-site property management. Strong leadership, vendor management, and budgeting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops the annual budget(s) for the properties comprising the assigned portfolio and oversees attainment of budgeted goals by analyzing financial statements.
• Ensures portfolio performance by inspecting properties and implementing action plans.
• Provides leadership to community managers and oversees staffing and performance.
