Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multi-site operations and drive growth across our Florida portfolio. You will own asset takeovers, promote efficiencies, and train property managers while managing budgets and capital projects.

Responsibilities include implementing operational strategies, forecasting revenues and expenses, maintaining vendor relationships, and delivering strong customer service to owners and residents. A laptop is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3rd party property management experience as a manager
• 2+ years experience as 3rd party multi-site manager or area manager
• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited university
• A laptop to use for work purposes

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class operational performance and zealous service to owners.
• Own the takeover process and assume operational control after close.
• Promote operational efficiencies with property management software platforms (ResMan, Coupa).
• Develop operating budgets annually and forecast rental income, expenses, and capital projects.
• Provide operational support and training to Property Managers with regular reviews on financials and occupancy forecasts.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate rentals.
• Maintain property appearance and conduct regular inspections and audits.
