Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial buildout market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, brokers, architects, and ownership groups
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and project pursuit strategies
- Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams during pursuit and proposal phases
- Track leads, market activity, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and local associations
Profile
- Proven experience in a Business Development role with a general contractor in South Florida
- Strong background specifically within commercial interior buildouts (office, retail, medical, etc.)
- Established network within the local commercial real estate and construction market
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Self‑motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment
