Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• 3+ years sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Maintain continual contact with agencies in the region to provide assistance to agents and improve service and sales.
• Meet metrics around quotes, applications, profitability and retention.
• Track agency profiles, visits and phone contact; document in Sugar database.
• Support a consultative selling approach and conduct territory reviews with management.
