Job summary

Windward Risk Managers seeks a Sales Development Manager to lead the Florida east coast region from Boca Raton. You will maintain continual contact with agencies to assist agents, drive superior service, and increase sales.

Responsibilities include tracking quotes, applications, profitability, retention, and weekly reporting to the Director of Sales; building relationships through face-to-face visits and phone calls; and ensuring agency profiles are completed in Sugar CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 3+ years sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact agencies in the region to provide assistance to agents and drive sales.
• Track and improve quotes, applications, profitability and retention.
• Document weekly activity and report to Director of Sales.
