Qualifications

• 2–4 years of property and casualty insurance industry experience.
• Experience in territory sales, agency development, account management, or an agency-facing insurance role.
• Willingness to travel 65%–70% in year one across South Florida.
• Knowledge of independent agencies in Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
• License in property & casualty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with independent insurance agencies in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
• Manage the South Florida territory with frequent agency visits, calls, and meetings; travel 65–70% in year one.
• Identify new agency opportunities to drive profitable growth and better submissions.
• Provide guidance on agency business models, goals, and submission practices to improve quality.
• Train and support agency workflows, systems, underwriting guidelines, and submissions.
• Represent the organization at industry events and maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
