Job summary

Kettleandoak is seeking a proactive and adaptable Assistant Property Manager to manage daily operations for our South Chicago residential portfolio. This role involves routine property inspections, tenant relations, and minor maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have local knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle. Compensation is $900 per week with performance-based incentives available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.
• Inquisitive and eager to learn about property management.
• Must own a working smartphone with an active data plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property walkthroughs for inspections.
• Act as primary contact for tenant inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate vacant unit showings for prospective tenants.
• Troubleshoot basic tenant maintenance requests on-site.
• Assist management with rent collection and outstanding accounts.
