Kasa is seeking a Property Operations Lead (Maintenance) for on-site duties in the Chicago market. You will ensure in-unit and common area functionality, lead maintenance efforts, and uphold Kasa brand standards to deliver safe, clean, and welcoming stays.

The role involves hands-on repairs, collaboration with teams, and occasional night/weekend shifts with overtime. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Regular access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
• Strong ownership and accountability for unit/building performance and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Fix in-unit broken items and install replacement furnishings.
• Repair hardware, drywall, painting, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with leaders/partners to meet property standards and guest needs.
