Honeywell Buildings Solutions (HBS) is seeking a South Central Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned territories. You will lead a high-performing regional sales team and report to the Sales Leader - Americas, with a remote work schedule in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, or similar.

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the commercial building industry.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and hit targets.
• CRM software and sales analytics experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit revenue objectives.
• Lead, coach, and mentor regional sales teams.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Set incentive quotas and manage forecasts in Salesforce.
• Travel within the region at least 50% of the time.
