Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager (South Central). This field-based role covers TX, OK, MS, LA, NM, NE, MO, KS with up to 75% travel, supporting physicians and hospitals in neurovascular care.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and training teams to drive adoption of the portfolio, lead with Credo values, and develop your team while meeting aggressive sales targets in a dynamic, global environment.

Formación

• 4-year degree preferred in technical or scientific field.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to meet sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing to equip the sales team.
• Uphold Credo values, lead with integrity, enforce company policies.
• Develop professional development plans for team members and ensure accountability.
• Utilize performance management tools for activity planning and accountability.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed objectives and metrics per corporate direction.
• Partner with internal teams to facilitate direct reports’ work.
• Engage key customers to drive sales of the full product portfolio.
