Job summary

Major Food Group is hiring experienced Sous Chefs to uphold high standards of cuisine and professionalism in a fast-paced kitchen in Miami Beach.

You will lead a large team, source and manage ingredients, develop recipes, supervise service, and control costs. The role requires 2+ years managing, 4+ years in high-volume kitchens, a culinary diploma, and strong communication; Spanish is a plus. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managing capacity.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality-driven, high volume kitchen.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred.
