Burtons Grill, LLC is seeking a Sous Chef Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a high-performing team in our Wilmington location. You will ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and guest experiences while guiding BOH staff to execute consistent, menu-driven service.

Ideal candidates bring proven restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Training location to be decided upon hire.
• Associate degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and day-to-day restaurant operations knowledge.
• Availability for 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Allergy Certification.
