Burtons Grill of Wilmington, NC is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations. You’ll support the General Manager in daily service, uphold food quality and hospitality standards, and develop a strong, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent experience in restaurant operations.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Allergy Certification is required.
• Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead and support team members across front- and back-of-house.
