You will lead with humility, manage station staffing, and collaborate across departments to deliver a polished Detroit dining experience, while embracing the hotel’s culture and local sourcing ethos.

Competenze

• Five+ years progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing).
• Ability to mentor and lead a kitchen team.
• Comfort with kitchen math and inventory.
