Qualifications

• Three or more years of culinary experience.

• Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft software programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct culinary staff to uphold standards.
• Assist in purchasing food, paper, cleaning, bakery and safety items within budget.
• Assist in menu development and production sheet execution.
• Assist in regular inspections for sanitation and temperatures using checklists.
• Ensure recipe standards and consistency in product quality.
