Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time and part time Sous Chef at Global Pointe, 5200 West Wayzata Boulevard, Minneapolis, MN 55416. Location is on-site with hours and days varying, including nights and weekends. Prior cooking experience is required.

• Prior cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including scheduling and training.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints.
• Explains daily menu items to staff and customers.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
