Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time and part time Sous Chef. The role helps the Executive Chef and coordinates cooks and other food-service staff, with responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Hours vary, including nights and weekends; prior cooking experience is required. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, with benefits available through Compass Group.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling, training, and coordinating work.
• Stores food following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
