Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food properly and maintains sanitation according to procedures.
• Monitors serving temperatures, quality, and portion control.
• Keeps workstation clean and ensures equipment hygiene during service.
• Addresses customer questions and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures knowledge of daily menu items and communicates them clearly.
• Manages peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and reported shortages to supervisor.
